PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL DIRECTION OF ARTISTIC PREPARATION OF STUDENTS OF FUTURE READERS

Abstract
In the article the author considers the issue of the professional direction of future educators of preschool children. Professional direction of personality is a complex concept, which consists of many aspects: needs, interests, motivations, goals, setting. The author comes to the conclusion that the artistic aspect occupies an important place in the structure of the professional-pedagogical of future educators. The author considers the professional-pedagogical direction of future educators in artistic activity. The author emphasizes the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional and pedagogical orientation of future educators in artistic and creative activity. The article describes the following conditions: conducting classes with students, based on the principles of artistic pedagogy, use of the method of drama, conducting master classes, scientific and practical conferences, seminars; the organization of art competitions of student's works; holding general exhibitions of creative works of students and teachers.
