Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of formation of professional qualities of future physicians. It was analyzed the personal characteristics such as individual identity, personal identity, professional identity and tracedtheir impact on personal development and professional development of the individual. The structural-functional organization of the value-semantic sphere of the personality of the physician as a core component of the personality in the process of high school preparation is substantiated.
