PROFESSIONAL CONFLICTS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY WAYS TO RESOLVE THEM

Abstract
At the level of high openness of the economy, the countryʼs foreign economic activity is a means of its economic growth. In the article "Professional conflicts in the management of foreign economic activity and ways to solve them", the author emphasizes the need of enterprises for qualified management specialists. The authorʼs analysis of scientific works reveals the concept of management and its activities. The author pays attention to explaining the main and organizational activities carried out by foreign economic activity in Ukraine. The author considers the concept of conflict and gives a description of its species. The author informs about existing types of professional conflicts. He considers it necessary to consider the causes of conflict situations in management. The author suggests considering effective ways to manage the conflict situation in the enterprise. The author asserts that it is possible to reduce the possibility of conflict situations using different methods of conflict resolution. The author demonstrates the structural methods of conflict resolution in the organization. It also describes the inter-personal styles of conflict resolution. The author claims that his recommendations will help the conflicting parties avoid conflict situations. He stresses that constructiveness in resolving the conflict by solving the problem will create an atmosphere of honesty, which is essential for the success of the individual and the company as a whole. The author adds that the use of the proposed methods for resolving professional conflicts and conflict situations in the management of the organization will lead to the achievement of high staff efficiency.
