PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION AS A SUBJECT OF A CONSULTING PROJECT

Abstract
In the article the purposes of appearance and demonstration of professional deformation of specialists such as person to person professions are considered. The possibility of the influence of management consulting on the development of professional deformations through the development and realization of a consulting project is analyzed. A program of a consultant’s work for diagnosing and reducing negative manifestations of deformations of specialist is offered.
