THE PROBLEM OF SOCIAL TYPIFICATION OF PERSONALITY IN THE SOCIOLOGICAL HERITAGE OF G. SIMMEL

Abstract
The article is devoted to the identification of methodological approaches to the study of the social type of personality in G. Simmel's theory. The new approaches to studying the process of social typification as an important element of social interaction are analyzed, the influence of the cultural-historical process on the formation, development and transformation of personality is researched. The role of processes of individualization and differentiation in shaping the social type of personality is revealed, and the role of typification of personality as an instrument for overcoming the contradiction between collective and individual differentiation is determined.
