PROFESSIONAL IMAGE AS A FACTOR OF ACTIVATION OF THE TEACHERS' SELF-DEVELOPMENT AND SELF-EDUCATION

Abstract
The role of professional image as a driving force and source of self-improvement and self-education of teachers is analyzed. The need of specialists for self-change and self-improvement in the context of the established professional image is defined. The main thesises of professional development of educational personnel are considered. The process of formation of pedagogical position of specialists through the process of development of individual consciousness is defined. According to the process of improving the pedagogical position, the roles of the teacher in the context of creating a professional image are defined.
