PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CUSTOMS OFFICIALS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the professional development of customs officials, especially as the development of professional skills and work motivation, compliant activity. Characterized by the concept of professional motives, both internal motives of the system that cause human labor activity, it is directed to the achievement of professional goals and regulate the structure and function of activity. The ways of formation of motivation of professional activity, as the transformation of the common motives of the person in professional and in changing the system of professional motives at different stages of professional development. It is shown how different the structure of labor motivation at customs officers with different seniority. The leading motivational factors of work of customs officers, as well as explores the subjective attractiveness of different aspects of the work. The ways of exploring the hidden motivation of the customs officers as a factor affecting the development of the labor motives.
