PROFESSIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL SELF-REALIZATION OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION TEACHER BY THE MEANS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES: FOR THE RESULTS OF THE ASCERTAINING STAGE OF RESEARCH

Abstract

The article presents the results of an experiment on the ascertaining stage of research in the study of problems of professional-pedagogical self-teacher system of postgraduate education by means of information and communication technologies. Empirical research materials reveal not only the impact of the real state of the professional-pedagogical self-teacher of postgraduate education by means of information and communication technologies, but also determine the educational objectives for the forming stage of the experiment. Diagnostic tools, in accordance with the selected criteria are presented. The diagnostic tool (known tests, techniques, author's questionnaires and questionnaires, writing of creative essays, method of observation, expert assessments, etc.) is presented in accordance with the selected criteria ("professionalpedagogical orientation", "creative activity of professional-pedagogical self-realization in subjectsubject interaction", "productivity of knowledge", "professional-pedagogical satisfaction") professional-pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system unified education by means of informationand communication technologies. The reasons for the assessment of the quality of the information and communication space by the teachers of the postgraduate pedagogical education system are described. The prognostic directions that contribute to raising the level of professional and pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the postgraduate education system by means of information and communication technologies are indicated. Studies in this direction can be continued in the aspect of implementing the methodology of professional and pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the postgraduate education system by means of information and communication technologies.
