PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND DURING THE PERIOD OF ACTIVIZING THE INTEGRATION INTO EUROPEAN UNITY (1990S – 2004)

Abstract
This article presents theoretical analyses of the reformation changes implemented in education and professional training of specialists in the Republic of Poland during the period of intensifying the Eurointegration processes (1990s – 2004). The article covers the legislative support for structural and program changes in the education and professional training of specialists; explores the structure of the education system and professional training focusing on its initial stage; provides statistical data on enrollment in different types of educational institutions and highlights positive and negative impacts of changes implemented in the structure and process of professional training and education of future specialists.
