CRITERIA AND LEVELS OF READINESS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF FUTURE EMPLOYEES OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE

Abstract
The author has developed the components, criteria, indicators and levels of readiness for future mobility in social workers. The author has revealed the essence of personal, cognitive, procedural-behavioral and analytical-productive components of readiness for professional mobility. The author defined such criteria of readiness for professional mobility as subject-oriented, cognitive, activity, reflexive-evaluation. The author described the concept of "readiness for the professional mobility in future employee of the social sphere". The author has developed and described levels of readiness for future professional social workers’ mobility: basic, adequate, optimal and benchmarking.
