MANAGEMENT OF GENERAL EDUCATION INSTITUTION ON THE BASIS OF SYSTEM APPROACH

Abstract
The analysis of scientific approaches to the management of the educational institution in the modern conditions is carried out. The main structural and functional components of the management process are highlighted. The vision of the institution of general secondary education as a dynamic system is proposed, and management of it as a purposeful process. The specifics of the requirements for the managerial qualities of the educational manager in the conditions of the system approach to the management of the educational institution are determined.
