METHODOLOGICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF OPTIMIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH ACTIVITY IN THE TECHNICAL INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
The article reveals the state of research of the problem and determines the main characteristics of optimization in the context of scientific and pedagogical activity. The managerial aspect of optimization of the system is analyzed. The methodological principles of optimization of the system of scientific and pedagogical activity in technical ZOOs are formulated. The expediency of constructing a methodological model of a system in its development is substantiated. The possibility of using the fractal similarity of structures and substructures of activity is shown, the unity of mathematical and humanitarian means in the simulation of the system of scientific and pedagogical activity of the ZOO is determined.
