SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY-AGED PUPILS IN MODERN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the study of the process of spiritual and moral development of pupils of primary school. In this study, the researchers focus on two types of world view and study two types of spirituality: secular and religious. It is proven that world view is in strong relationship with morality as the form of consciousness which vector is directed at materialization in human behavior and is developed in primary school. The author proves that age-peculiarities of primary school children determine the main areas of work in the process of spiritual and moral development, the substantive content includes experience of proven practical effectiveness. Personality of a teacher is highly important because teacher involves a child in learning. The concept “spiritual and moral development of primary school-aged pupil” includes next components: age-appropriate development of intellectual and emotional spheres and readiness of a personality for practice; need for knowledge, broad minded appropriate for young schoolchildren; aesthetic sensitivity, desire to be creative
