The present paper is dedicated to Professor Masahiro Kamekura 70th anniversary. The international scientific personality of Professor Kamekura is reflected in this paper. On the other hand, his warm support and co-operation with Romanian researchers from the Institute of Biology Bucharest of the Romanian Academy are mentioned.
