ПРОФІЛАКТИКА РОЗВИТКУ УСКЛАДНЕНЬ ПІСЛЯ ОПЕРАТИВНИХ ВТРУЧАНЬ З ПРИВОДУ СПАЙКОВОЇ КИШКОВОЇ НЕПРОХІДНОСТІ

Abstract
An important result of treating patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction is the rapid recovery of the gastrointestinal tract after surgery and the absence of postoperative complications. In order to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction, we have investigated the clinical efficacy of using the drug on the basis of succinic acid "Citoflavin" in the intraoperative and postoperative period. The use of the indicated preparation allowed to reduce the time of restoration of motor-evacuation function of the intestine in the postoperative period, to reduce the number of complications and to shorten the stay of patients in the hospital. Effectiveness was proved both after laparotomic surgical interventions and after laparoscopic adhesiolysis.
