Abstract
W artykule zaprezentowano Project Management - rozwijającą się koncepcję realizowania czasowych przedsięwzięć, ukierunkowaną na osiągnięcie określonego celu lub wytworzenia unikalne-go produktu (dobra materialnego lub usługi). Dokonano tutaj opisu koncepcji zarządzania projektami w kontekście wykorzystania jej założeń w procesie wdrażania nowych wyrobów w poszczególnych fazach: przedprodukcyjnej, produkcyjnej i poprodukcyjnej.
