PROMOTING EMPLOYMENT, PROTECTING FROM UNEMPLOYMENT AND GIVING DOLE UNDER THE NORMS OF THE PRESENT INTERNATIONAL LABOR LAW

Abstract
The author of this scientific and legal paper presented and considered those present international labor law subject-matter, regulative norms which establish ILO`s key principles, basic purposes and specific tasks on promoting employment, protecting from unemployment and giving dole. The purpose of this scientific article, in accordance with a well-formulated and properly updated thematic problem, is thus to synthesize and analyze the ILCO's main principles, objectives and objectives in the area of employment promotion, protection against unemployment and unemployment benefits. Each ILO Member State seeks to introduce, on the basis of social legislation and practice, specific programs that promote job creation and employment assistance, and promote the acquisition of productive and freely chosen employment for certain categories of people in a disadvantaged position and which facing or facing difficulties in finding sustainable employment such as women, young workers, the disabled, the elderly, the long-term unemployed, migrant workers who live in poverty in the country legally and workers, which affected the structural changes. The norms of modern international labor law reproduce a number of these basic principles, the basic objectives and specific objectives of the ILO in the areas of employment promotion, protection against unemployment and unemployment benefits.
