Proposed & Implemented Clustering Algorithm for Indexing in Search Engine
Journal Title: International Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology (IJRASET) - Year 2014, Vol 2, Issue 10
Abstract
This paper proposes clustering algorithm for implementing indexing phase of search engine. The goal of making an index is to optimize speed and performance in finding relevant documents for a search query. Without an index, the search engine would scan every document in the corpus, which would require considerable time and computing power. Main goal is to improve the quality of web search engines. A complete search index would make it possible to find anything easily.
