PROPOSITION FOR REVISED DEFINITION OF „BUSINESS JOURNEY” IN THE CONTEXT OF PARTICULAR EU MEMBER STATES REGULATIONS

Abstract
Following work aims to propose a new definition of business journey, currently described in article 775 § 1 of Polish Labor Code. Such project is supported with comparative analysis of how business journey is described throughout several EU member states, as well as in European regulations of Labor Law and relevant judgments of Polish Supreme Court and Polish Constitutional Tribunal.<br/><br/>
