Abstract
The aim of the paper is to present the treatment schedule in laryngo-trocheal stenoses (LTS). LTS constitute the wide range of pathologies with different ethiology, different subjective complains and degree. The LTS classifiation according to localization, extension and patients general status was presented. The diagnosis steps and treatment plan were discussed. The algorythm of therapy was included.
