Prospects introduction of private enforcement in Ukraine

Abstract
The article examines the concept of «private enforcement» as a category of persons performing judicial decision describes the rights and obligations provided by private enforcement of current legislation of Ukraine, singled out the legal requirements to private enforcement, as well as the main foreign experience in private enforcement by area Ukraine.
