PROSPECTS OF IMPLEMENTING A FLEXIBLE SCRUM PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY IN THE PRACTICE OF DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article explored the roles within the organization and the role of information management in IT. It is reasonable, that the IT sphere is a potential player in the international arena. The dynamics of salaries and dynamics of the annual training of IT-specialists are analyzed. The attracted financial results of IT in the development of a separate region and the state as a whole are displayed. Step-by-step applications of processes and instructions of the flexible methodology of Scrum in practice are determined. Theories of personnel management and theory of contract management are presented. A list of tools and technologies for information management with a description of their functionality for use in the project work is provided. Ukrainian and foreign organizations practicing a flexible methodology for managing Scrum projects are considered.
