Protean professional career in the context of the synergetic paradigm of occupational mobility in the system of personality’s professional development

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of occupational mobility of the personality on the basis of the synergetic paradigm in the research of the system of professional development of the personality and the possibility of providing on this basis a protean career. Protean dynamic of career development in overcoming with the crises of professional development is provided at moments of transition from one career path of professional moving to another on the basis of synergy of personality’s occupational mobility processes.
