Protection of investments in EU member states and using their experience in Ukraine in the context of economic security.

Abstract
This article reveals and determines a concept of economic security and directions for further development and improvement of economic security at the national level . Basing on the experience of the European Union countries, the multifactorial and fundamental nature of the concept of economic security was established. Moreover, there were given the establishment of clear mechanisms of state influence on the economic, political and social spheres, the protection of national economic interests in the long run, the independence of the national economy and ensuring a high standard of living for the population.
