Proteins bioassay: recent scenario for new target validations

Journal Title: International Journal of Genetics - Year 2009, Vol 1, Issue 2

Abstract

This article reviews different aspects of protein engineering technologies such as protein screening, NMR, EM & x-ray crystallography, In silico protein structure, protein cell free technologies, protein chips and arrays, custom peptide synthesis as well as nanoscale / microscale separation or purification methods briefly and where they are being used to solve protein queries.
