PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE STRUCTURAL MECHANISM FOR THE USE OF POWERS BY PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to determination of problem questions of ensuring the effective structural organization of the state and local self-government bodies’ powers realization mechanism in the context of a constitutional and legal reform and to the justification of their solutions. Special attention is paid to problem of legal regulation improvement relative to relations between state and business as a promising direction of the investment climate in Ukraine improvement.
