PROVIDING EQUAL ACCESS TO THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN DECENTRALIZATION CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of the system of education, examines a new model of education in a decentralized environment that meets the principles and objectives of education for children with special needs and urgent needs of the present, taking into account the importance of taking into account the needs of children with special needs in education; The creation and development of phenomena such as “educational district”, based on the principles of quality education, are analyzed.
