Abstract

Registration of the marital status can be defi ned as a system of obligatory and permanent footnotes that contain information about legal status of a person. The subject of the article is to describe construction of footnote in marital status act. According to article 25 of Registry Office Records Act, footnotes contain data about another marital status acts of the same person and data that affects his legal status.
