Abstract
It is commonly known that the occurrence of disputable issues is not a desired situation. Very frequently, not only does it weaken citizens’ trust in the system of law, but also creates the risk of certain destabilization. Given the successively increasing number of adoptions, including foreign adoptions, the continuation of this situation has particularly negative consequences. The main aim of this paper is to draw attention to the insufficiency of the applicable regulatory framework and to call for the relevant legislation to be quickly amended.
