Abstract
Multitude of political systems in the field of approval of foreign decisions and judgements still poses a signifi cant impediment in the activity of Superintendant Registrar. Regardless of the state of origin of the decision and the necessity to apply the resolutions of international treaty, in the premises approval takes place de jure. The Superintendant Registrar has therefore the competence (warrant and duty) to independently asses, if any negative mentions of aproval accur. Th e necessity of respect the resolutions of international treaty means that there can occur some individualities in the field of the causes of approval rejection, as well as in the subject of documents, which should be submited with the application for encosure of additonal mention.
