Uznanie ojcostwa w świetle projektowanego art. 75(1) K.r.o.

Abstract
Registry Offices and courts begin to face the problems of establishment child’s origin, what not so long ago was not a subject matt er of lawyers’ analyses. Here are the situations meant, when the man who in marital relationship, before his death have given his semen at disposal of health service, so that to use it after some time to fertilization and conception. The subject matter of analyses mentioned below is the proposal of introduction into the Polish Family and Guardianship Code the new regulation of art. 75(1) Family and Guardianship Code, that in assumption should lead to legal status compensation of the child born in marriage and other relationship if to the conception there was used a medical procedure, and the birth takes place long time after child’s conception.
