Przywilej piotrowy w kanonicznym porządku prawnym

Abstract
W zaprezentowanym opracowaniu autorka skoncentrowała uwagę na instytucji przywileju piotrowego funkcjonującej w kanonicznym porządku prawnym. Wykazała, iż instytucja ta znajduje umocowanie we władzy papieskiej pojmowanej w kategoriach Namiestnika Chrystusowego na ziemi. Mocą tej władzy rozwiązywane są związki zawarte pomiędzy katolikami a akatolikami nieochrzczonymi. Z aspektu teoretycznoprawnego jest to możliwe, gdyż związki te nie są związkami sakramentalnymi, nie charakteryzują się one zatem absolutną nierozerwalnością. Procedura w tej materii została określona w normach Kongregacji Nauki Wiary z 2001 r.
