ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ РЕАБИЛИТАЦИЯ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ЭНДОГЕННЫМ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЕМ

Abstract
Представлено обоснование необходимости раннего психотерапевтического личностно ориентированного воздействия в сочетании с психофармакотерапией для пациентов страдающих эндогенным расстройством. Дано описание механизмов психических защит используемых личностью, функционирующей на психотическом уровне, для совладания с травматическим опытом, характеристика паттернов поведения членов расширенной семьи с точки зрения эмоциональной созависимости. Рассмотрена индивидуальная патопсихология как симптом патологического функционирования семьи. Подчеркнута важность включения в психотерапевтическое взаимодействие членов семьи для коррекции межличностных интеракций.
