Abstract
Досліджено економічні категорії: витрати виробництва, об’єкти обліку витрат, собівартість продукції, основна продукція, супутня продукція, побічна продукція та безповоротні відходи. Висвітлено технологію і організацію забою тварин у забійному цеху та їх вплив на побудову обліку в даному підрозділі. Обґрунтовано документальне оформлення операцій виходу готової продукції та оцінку готової продукції в обліку.
