Psychological analysis of professionally important qualities of managers – trade representatives

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of the empirical study of professionally important qualities of managers of trade companies such as trade representatives. Indicators of motivational orientation, communicative and organizing skills, intellectual lability, level of emotional intelligence are analyzed. Existence of a close relationship between the indicators of professional activity of trade representatives and the degree of expressiveness of their professionally important qualities is recognize.
