Syndrome of emotional burnout in social workers: diagnosis, prevention and correction

Abstract
The syndrome of emotional burnout is a mechanism of psychological protection produced by a person who has the form of total or partial exclusion of emotions in response to individual psycho-traumatic influences. The author considers the essence of the concept of an emotional burnout syndrome, factors of its occurrence, symptoms and methods of diagnostics among social workers. The directions for its prevention and correction by methods of art therapy, among classical methods are covered.
