PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS MILITARY PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY

Abstract
In the article the psychological characteristics of professional identity soldiers. Analyzed the presence of difficulties in the professional military activity associated with the reorganization of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as well as personal characteristics. It is established that much of the military personnel of different categories are not only underdeveloped cognitive and evaluative components of professional self-consciousness (evident in low psychological culture, lack of knowledge about themselves, inadequate self-esteem, etc.), but also its behavioral component (the lack of skills of self-regulation of behavior, government, etc.). Found that their professional identity is determined by the conditions of military life, organization of combat training and educational activities, it significantly affects the effectiveness of psychological support services.
