PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAMINATION OF THE OFFICIAL MEDIA REPORTS ABOUT THE EMERGENCY SITUATION

Abstract
The article proves the necessity of psychological examination informational messages to the media concerning the emergency; characterized by the place, role, importance and opportunities of the media in crisis situations; examines the importance of awareness-raising activities of the media in emergency situations, their purposeful preventive work with the population, the combination of information and psychotherapeutic functions, differentiation of information flows, cooperation with local authorities.
