PSYCHOLOGICAL SUBSTANCES OF PROFESSIONAL SYNDROME

Abstract
The article deals with the features of professional burnout and its impact on a person. The essence of the notion of professional burnout is determined. The main factors, which destroy the personality and cause professional burnout, are singled out. Recommendations for the prevention of professional burnout have been developed.
