PSYCHOLOGY OF BUSINESS, LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATIONS AS PROSPECTIVE SCIENTIFIC DIRECTIONS IN UKRAINE AND EUROPE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the latest scientific direction – business psychology, leadership and communications, which is promising in Ukraine and Europe. The special emphasis of the article is psychology of business and management as an educational program and the development of students’ essential competences for a successful career (so-called soft skills). It is noted that the basis of the formation of professional competences of future specialists are communicative, organizational and leadership abilities. The emphasis is placed on the fact that Soft Skills are good manners and personality traits needed to interact with other people in building partnerships with these people. In order to develop so-called "soft skills" or "flexible skills" for future specialists, the future specialists should be taught purposefully starting from the first year of study in high school. It is noted that many organizations (companies, firms, companies) involved in the production and sale of goods and services need business psychologists to understand the peculiarities of modern business and the role of the human factor in achieving their goals, which can direct the activity of managers and staff to overcome difficulties, enhance competitiveness and develop the organization. For professionals who will carry out psychological support for the work of business organizations, it is important to see all the complexity, complexity and contradictory business. Conditions, principles, factors and answers to questions of success in business are presented. A typology of ideas about success is proposed, depending on the type of responsibility, in particular: the optimally responsible type; executive type; situational; selfish and functional types. The motivation for achievement is defined as an important factor in the success of a business and a career. The signs and qualities of successful and unsuccessful individuals in business are outlined.
