PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF THE PERSONALITY AT BEGINNERS AND THEIR MOTIVATIONS FOR DOING SPORTS

Abstract
This article deals with the problems of modern sport, in particular Taekwondo. Peculiarities of training Taekwondo with Junior and senior school age. New technologies have been developed to determine the level of preparedness of the children to load on trainings in section Taekwondo, taking into account their individual psychophysiological characteristics. According to the results of psychological testing the dependence of indicators of well-being, activity and mood from performance anxiety, frustration, aggression and rigidity in the period of preparation for the competition. Reasonable motivation of the athletes for the lessons in this sport.
