PSYCHOSOMATIC APPROACH TO MENTAL HEALTH OF PERSONALITY

Abstract
The article theoretically analyses the research status of the problem of the relationship between positive psychotherapy and classic and modern trends in the study of the psychological health of the individual. The main approaches in the study are detected: psychoanalytic, humanistic, generally psychological and positive psychotherapeutic. The role of personality factors in therapy of psychological disorders was highlighted.
