Abstract
The pathogenesis of psychosomatic diseases is determined by their occurrence, development, course, the leading contribution to the exaserbation of psychological factors and mechanisms. Somatopsychic relationships are mediated by the influence of somatic disease on the human psyche, its reaction to the pathological process, understanding the features of symptom perception, prognosis, treatment. The relevance of research in this area is due to the complexity of the identification and evaluation of mental and somatic relationships, the ability to reliably identify certain phenomena and processes
