Abstract

Therefore, Psychosomatics is a direction in medicine and psychology that studies the impact of psychological (primarily psychogenic) factors on the occurrence and subsequent dynamics of somatic diseases. According to the basic postulates of this science, the background of psychosomatic disease is a reaction to the emotional experience, accompanied by functional changes and pathological abnormalities in organs. Psychosomatics is an extremely important and requires further study and introduction to practice of modern doctor-psychologist.
