Psychotherapy of the patients with commorbid of neurotic disorders and somatic disease in Department of Neurotic Disorders of Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology

Abstract
The paper presents a specific treatment for patients with comorbidity of neurotic disorders and somatic disease. Particular emphasis is put on the psychotherapy aims and difficulties. Psychotherapy contributes in the improvement of psychological state and at the same time can be helpful in the treatment of somatic disease. The important thing is to analyze the relationship between the mental state and somatic disease. The author presents some important elements of various psychotherapeutic approaches in those cases.
