PUBLIC PROMISE OF AN AWARD: DETERMINATION OF LEGAL NATURE

Abstract
This article is devoted to analysis of legal nature of public promise of an award. The study focuses on the exploration of relations which occur due to public promise of an award and theoretical analysis of obligations connected with public promise of an award as a legal notion and obligations which arise from public promise of an award without announcing of the contest and public promise of an award by the result of the contest.
