PUBLIC SERVICE COMBINED WITH OTHER ACTIVITIES AND CONFLICT OF INTERESTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of normative legal acts that regulate the actual problems of combining and part-time work of a public servant with other activities, as well as the possibilities of a conflict of interest in such situations. Attention is drawn to the problematic issues of legislative consolidation and the content of certain types of activity, which leads to ambiguous practices in its application, specifies concrete proposals for their elimination.
