ПУБЛИЧНАЯ ДИПЛОМАТИЯ КОРЕИ В ОБЛАСТИ ИЗОБРАЗИТЕЛЬНОГО ИСКУССТВА НА СОВРЕМЕННОМ ЭТАПЕ

Abstract
The aarticle is about public diplomacy of Korea on basis of fine art. The article defines the official policy of Korean culture in the field of art and, in particular, in the field of fine arts. The economic reasons for the special attention of Korean politicians to the development of fine arts are revealed. It demonstrates the practical implementation of public diplomacy Korea through channels such as financing, promotion of Korean domestic artists through the organization of exhibitions artists through exhibitions, art galleries, construction of museums of modern art. Particular attention is paid to the financing of the Korea Foundation. The article concludes that public diplomacy of Korea focuses on building friendly relations, first of all, with China, European countries, America and Russia, through fairs, exhibitions, biennale. Specificity of the fine arts of Korea is revealed. The names of contemporary artists of Korea and the main styles of painting are listed.
