Abstract
The purpose of the article is to demonstrate the methodology of improvement of passenger transport in the context of implementing the concept of logistics organization and management of transport infrastructure, and on this basis, increasing mobility and transport services of the population of Ukraine to the generally accepted European social standards and guarantees.
