THE PSYCHOLOGICAL CONCEPT OF THE FORMATION OF MENTAL ACTIONS IN THE STRUCTURE OF INDIVIDUAL'S INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article presents the main theoretical positions of the psychological concept of the formation of mental actions in the structure of individual's intellectual activity, including the integration of the methodological, theoretical, empirical, applied and experimental levels of analysis of a qualitatively unique phenomenon. The aim of the investigation is to analyse the process of formation of mental actions as an individual’s intellectual activity through synthesis of the substrate, attribute, categorical, structural, functional, genetic, dynamic, criterion, topological and typological aspects. As a result of the evaluation have been revealed the genesis of the concepts on mental actions forming in the system of scientific knowledge; identified the key characteristics of the investigated phenomenon and individual's intellectual activity; theoretical model is developed; measures for indicators of achievement which reflect the differentiation levels of the studied phenomenon are formulated; Age, sexual differences are disclosed in key elements of intellectual activity rates; the selected types of the studied phenomenon are identified; the system determination of productive development of individual's intellectual activity among mixed-age students is studied, the experimental results are clearly presented.
